AT&T Workshop for MS Public Library technical contacts and directors on latest issues, how to's, etc.
“Maintaining AT&T Bundled Services and Reading AT&T Reports”
This one-day workshop will provide information about filtering, firewall management, opening trouble tickets and reading AT&T reports. This workshop will enable library staff to communicate more easily with AT&T regarding the libraries networks and needs. This program is designed for Directors and Library Technical Contacts.

Sign-In: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Training: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Lunch: Noon – 1:30 p.m. (ON YOUR OWN)
Trainer: AT&T Staff
Registration:
The registration deadline is March 18, 2009. There is no charge for registration. Please register by following normal CE procedures found in your latest CE publication(I would post here, but don't want to generate spam).
CEU’s:
Continuing Education Units and Contact Hours to be awarded are .6 and 6.0 respectively. There are no prerequisite required to attend.
